OUR VISION
The Room at Cedar Grove and the Paul Kares Charity were co founded by Jim Rivette, an accomplished corporate executive and entrepreneur, and Paul Cullen, former bassist for the rock band Bad Company and now a culinary and entertainment entrepreneur. Together, they envisioned a space where music, food, and community could exist with purpose.
Their lifelong commitment to giving back inspired the creation of Paul Kares, a nonprofit dedicated to music, food, education, and cultural experiences. At its heart, The Room exists to bring people together, supporting emerging musicians and culinarians while creating meaningful moments that last well beyond the night.

ABOUT US
The Room at Cedar Grove is an intimate supper club where great food, live music, and community come together. Designed for memorable nights and meaningful moments, the space hosts curated dining experiences, live performances, and special events that feel personal, warm, and unmistakably local. Every gathering supports creativity, connection, and giving back.
MEET THE TEAM

Behind every unforgettable night at The Room at Cedar Grove is a small, passionate team dedicated to music, food, and giving back. Together, we bring decades of experience in entertainment, hospitality, and community building — all in service of creating meaningful experiences and opening doors for the next generation of artists.
